The breakfast was absolutely amazing, featuring sweet and large raspberries and blackberries, along with a delightful selection of cheeses, fish, and muffins.

Great free parking and Wi-Fi, but no pets allowed was disappointing.

We stayed in a Queen Room for 2 nights. The room was surprisingly quiet and clean, which was a nice surprise since it was on the first floor. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the little work station they had. The bathroom was nice too, but I wish the shower pressure was a bit stronger. Overall, the accommodation was pleasant and a great spot to relax after exploring the area.

The location of the Gateways Inn is fantastic. It's just a short walk to Tanglewood and other attractions in Lenox. My room, the Queen Room, felt surprisingly quiet despite being on the first floor. I also found another guest's name tag near my bed, indicating a cleaning oversight. Aside from that, the staff quickly made me feel welcome, serving drinks promptly even before the bartender arrived. Overall, it’s a cozy place to stay, but the cleanliness and noise management could use some improvement.
